Build A Bear Class

Today I held my first ever Build A Bear Mom and Me Class. I had several cuties here for the afternoon and I loved it! They made 4 projects, and I was really impressed with how great they all did. They made a scrapbook page, a card, a tin purse with dress up bears, and a bookmark. I think they were all quite tired by the time we were done! But not one complaint, only smiles. :)

Here are a few pictures for you:

This is Olivia and her sister Laura who came to class with Mom, Amy. I just adore these girls! Look how cute they are! They both did AMAZING at their crafts!

This is Abbi and Mom, Lori. Aren't they adorable? Do you know they brought me flowers? How sweet is that? Lori was secretly having as much (maybe more) fun than Abbi. LOL. I told her I do adult classes too, so she should come back and stamp with me!

This is Loren and Mom, Crissy. They hadn't done any stamping or crafting before, but you would never know it! They did awesome at all of their projects! Loren was so adorable with her High School Musical Bear, Sara. Just love this kid!

They all brought their Build A Bear with them. I took a picture of each child and their bear and printed it off when they were making their projects. We used the picture on the scrapbook page they made today, so they went home with their page complete!

While they had fun stamping, I think they loved the snack best! I made chocolate cupcakes with pink frosting and Build A Bear Picks for the center. They were really cute! :0)

I had to actually make 2 batches, as Bella ate the first batch before they even made it into the oven. She ate the batter, and the foil cupcake liners. Yep, had to make her throw those up and start all over. LOL. Gotta love my dog. :)

Many people who wanted to come this week were on vacation. So, I will be holding another Mom and Me Class in March or April. I hope you can make it then. It was a really fun afternoon.

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you are all having a great week!

Build A Bear Valentines

I've been busy using my Build-A-Bear die cuts to make Valentines for Jacobs class. I feel like a little girl dressing up my bears...just like paper dolls again. I am having a blast! :-)
The Sending Love Designer Paper is so much fun to use for the clothes because it's soooo sparkly!

Feeling The Love....

Here are some more card samples from Leadership. Hope you enjoy the creative inspiration!

One of my very clever fellow demonstrators made this so cute Cupid card. This is the Build A Bear die cut for the Big Shot. She made him a little diaper, sash, arrow and even vellum wings. I thought she did a great job! Excuse my thumb in the lower left corner...we were sitting having coffee when she showed me her sample and I quick snapped a picture. Too cute!

On January 5th, Stampin' Up! release the Heart Treat Cups and coordinating Sweetheart Stamp set. How cool is this? You punch out with the Full Heart Punch and put the cup in the center and fill it with treats! Wouldn't you love to get this in the mail? There are even padded envelopes to mail these cards so they don't get squished! I will be featuring the Heart Treat Cups at my Sending Love Stamp Camp on Jan. 31. Come make one!

One of my altime favorite sets is the Always Stamp set. It's just classy and has this beautiful heart in it. It can be used for more than Valentines Day of course. But I love this card with the black and red contrast. Elegent and classy!

This card has some awesome new products on it. The background was done with the new Perfect Polka Dot Embossing Folder. Love it! And the butterflies are made with the Stampin' Up! Exclusive new Beautiful Wings Embosslit die! It cuts and embosses all these cute butterflies at once. A time saver, and the embossing on them very cool!

To place an order online for any of these new products, click here and select SHOP NOW in the upper right corner. And don't forget the FREE pickins' with every $50 order!

Have a great weekend!

NEW BUILD A BEAR TOTE BAGS!

Are these not the cutest bags ever? I LOVE LOVE LOVE all the NEW Build A Bear Die Cuts, Stamps and Papers that Stampin' Up! has come out with! I am reliving my childhood over in the stamp room cranking out lots of fun little bears! :)

I thought these would make the cutest Trick or Treat loot bags! And I want your kids to have one, too! :)

Join me to make a tote bag, your choice of Halloween Costume and customization. If the name is longer than 5 letters we will use a smaller alphabet die cut.

Here is a close up of the bears in their cute little Halloween Costumes:As a side note, I am working on a Mommy and Me class that you can bring the kids to. But this particular project involves hot iron, and lots of little pieces that are just too complicated for little fingers. Stay tuned though, because I will have a new class in the next week or so that the kids will love. :)

Here is the Class info:

TIME: 2:00 PM

COST: $15.00

Space limited to 6 participants. Email me to save your space. Prepayment is required.

Oh, what a trip!

Hello Stampers!

I am back from SLC, and what an amazing week I had! I am bursting with loads of new ideas that I got on this trip! Be patient...as I will post something each day. I have to take it one piece at a time! LOL

I think one of the things I am MOST excited about is Stampin' Up!'s exclusive agreement with Build-A-Bear Workshop. You will see these new products in the upcoming Holiday Mini Catalog (which you should be receiving in your mailbox in the next week or so).

I got to see the entire product line at Convention and all the adorable things we can do with it!

The product line includes of course, stamps and papers. But that is not all! We have exclusive die cuts for the Big Shot machine for the bears, the clothes and the accessories! I am so excited about all the cool things we can do with these die cuts!

Here is a sneak peak at a few gift bags that were made at Convention with the die cuts!

Aren't they sooo cute? I have loads of many other ideas headed your way! Just be sure to stay tuned!

And if that weren't enough...Build a Bear partnered with Stampin' Up! to make us our very own exclusive Bear! Each demonstrator was allowed to buy one at Convention. The bear is soooo adorable, and comes with her own Stampin' Up! Apron, and of course, her own bear stamp!

Being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator is so much fun and so rewarding on so many levels. Joining this amazing company is one of the best decisions of my life. I know what it's done for me and my family, and I know it could do the same for you. :)
Stamp Happy and thanks for stopping by ~
